I'm pissed because they NEVER announced that South America was getting the game later, and then they changed that ON HOUR BEFORE THE FUCKING UNLOCK. Yeah, be careful though.
When scoped in on a enemy while fire/corrosive/explosive/electric effects are going on you'll see a lot of slowdown (like if you're nose to nose with the guy). On the 360 at least.

Theres one area in the Rust Commens East that, in solo, spawns maybe 30 Spiderants, just a giant all out fucking battle.
Ran over there with four of us in co-op.
Was like, a fifteen minute war. Just kept on attacking us, wave after wave after wave.
Normally I just play with my Siren (34 now), and if I get further then my buddies I'll just tell them to host the game and play along with them. I know people said they find that boring, but it works for me.
Once my friend that couldn't find a copy, gets one (hopefully tommorow) we'll all be rolling new level one characters. Go go Hunter!
It always terrifies me at first because I think it's a skag or something that I didn't see coming. Once I realize it's a bunch of rakks that can't actually hurt me fast enough to fully tear down my shields I point my shotgun skyward and kill them all with one or two rounds.

I guess the question people keep asking and no one has answered (unless they did and I missed it) is:
If you finish your first playthrough, do your second one and get to level 50 and then finish that one too, can you start a new third playthrough with that same character?

Will the deployment talent, when maxed out, remove the soldier's turret cooldown?
Deployment has a somewhat confusing wording.
Think of it as increasing the cooldown speed. By default it removes 1 second per second. 100% faster cooldown means 2 seconds per second, or 50% effective cooldown reduction.
They have it that way so they can have stat modifiers on class mods that put even more points - with a +3 Deployment mod it'd be 160% faster, or ~38,5 seconds effective cooldown.
Mix in the Refire talent and you'll have it up pretty damn often.
I guess the question people keep asking and no one has answered (unless they did and I missed it) is:
If you finish your first playthrough, do your second one and get to level 50 and then finish that one too, can you start a new third playthrough with that same character?
I haven't found out yet if there's a playthrough 3 mode. I would honestly be surprised if there were. There's really nowhere to go up from BadMutha Lance Defender that is remotely survivable.

I don't think you do. I think someone earlier said there was only New Game+ not New Game++. Though that might mean you just won't face a higher difficulty/caliber of mobs and maybe can play again in New Game+...we'll see.

Once the game unlocks, would someone with the Steam PC version do me a huge favor please? Check to see if the game stealth-installed SecuROM. There's a UAService7 service that gets installed, and can be checked through services.msc. Alternatively there might be a hidden directory in the application data folder. If either exist, could you post about it here?
I know Gearbox said there's no DRM on top of Steam, but 2K has pulled quiet SecuROM installs in the past. I'd just like to be sure. Thanks!
