I don't know much about food, but goddamn I had some tasty food this weekend. Ihop was incredible.
I'm kidding dan, your food was much more memorable. I'm sad I didn't get to try the oysters or the mac and cheese, though.

    What is riesling?

well if you weren't such a fatty and stuffed your fat face with ribs maybe you would have.

and actually, I was disappointed with the mac n cheese.

The bechamel was sloppy and I didn't give it enough time to throughly melt so it didn't incorporate with the pasta as well as I'd have liked.

sabayon is made with riesling and egg

Thought it was Marsala Wine not Riesling.

It probably was in the Italian tradition before the French got their hands on it and turned it into cuisine.

    riesling is german

it's not rubbery at all if prepared properly for pho pip

in fact, it falls apart very readily when you try to pick up a piece with your chopsticks because it's all gooey

The best crepes are just sprinkled with sugar and drizzled with fresh-squeezed lemon juice
