Yeah, I have the full ticket submitted already. The whole damn thing sucks because it was undeniably my fault. I've always thought people who get suckered into phishing scams were dumb but it really isn't that hard to fall for if you are : tired as hell, hungover and miserable, and bleary-headed cause the coffee is in the process of brewing.
when i got suckered into the same type of thing drunk, steam asked for me to send in a picture of my retail orange box key with my name written on it, as well as my username
about 1 hour later, i had my account back
just anecdotally speaking
Well here's hoping something like that can be worked out. The only problem is I have no physical proof, like a game box, as I bought everything direct through steam. I suppose I could send them a picture of my debit card if it comes down to it.
What about your Steam receipts, do you still have those? If you do, that should hopefully be enough.
Also whilst we're on the subject, is there any way of reporting Phishing accounts? As in accounts that send you messages that are trying to scam you?

Goomba's completely gone, actually. Hasn't posted in a month and hasn't been on any PA server.
I thought that, but he's still around. He's just stopped posting in the TF2, DoW and L4D threads. Last he said in the DoW2 thread was that he stopped trawling it because he was fed up with the game, so, whatever.
Guys I do not think it is coincidental that he stopped posting after a mod came in and took some names.
I also think it is outright dumb that we are talking about him in absentia.

what would be best is if we could have one server that on map switch could switch from prophunt to normal tf2 and normal tf2 to prophunt depending on mapvote

That fence was the best prop cause I hadn't seen it before. Everyone who walked by didn't even consider it. I certainly wouldn't have. I got it again the next time I was a prop and nearly made it again in the same spot. Sadly everyone knew about the fence then and someone checked it right before the end.
