Natascha is only good if you are with 2 Sasha equiped heavies.
Then you are maximizing the time they can rape face.
By itself, Natascha is a terrible weapon, Except in the hands of Biscuits Johnson. Thankfully I've not seen him in the servers for awhile, because bitch be makin me rage with Natascha
I still maintain that Natascha is an excellent weapon if you have the team work to make use of it. It slows to an absolute crawl. Combine with jarate for complete team destruction.

Slowing them down, however, extends this window enough to kill them with Natascha, even given the reduced damage.

Not if there are medics around or they duck behind some cover. Almost halting the movement of priority targets ensures a greater chance of actually killing them, it works really well with a sniper or soldier.

Yes. I am, of course, mostly talking about medium to long range fire. Obviously anything close range would get killed by sasha very quickly, but at longer distances there is generally plenty of time to move out of line of fire.

This hypothetical situation occurs a lot less frequently than the hypothetical situation of, for example, facing an enemy heavy with Sasha equipped.
EDIT: at long range a heavy is out of his element anyway, and trying to use Natascha like that would (or rather, should) end with the heavy getting sniped.

Oh hey, you have an awesome watch that lets you pick your moment to strike! And ..... you've been sitting there for three minutes. doing nothing.
I sort of like using 'Tasha every once in awhile because people -freak the hell out- when they don't move normally. I wish this game had conc-nades, or something that created the same result.

Actually in TFC I rocked Engineer and Medic most of the time. I just love the little balls of chaos that you get when you catch a group of people off guard with a flamethrower. It's manic.

Seriously nothing is more battlemedic than the TFC medic.
I'd literally be offense the whole time going for caps and infecting the enemy team on the way in/out.

That achievement is only a 100 sandviches is called Konspicuous Konsumption. Don't Touch Sandvich is the one for killing 50 scouts with Natascha.
