Fancy boats with submarines, large houses on isolated islands and suits are all fine and dandy, but I don't believe you people are dreaming big enough.
If I ever get my hands on crazy billionaire money, I'm going to colonize the moon.
With the private sector developing a variety of slightly more cost effective options for space travel, I could invest in developing the technology for the living environments and hitch rides for millions rather than billions. The trick would be getting everything condensed into conveniently sized payloads.

Spitbank Fort, marketed as the ‘ultimate venue’ by the owners, goes under the hammer at the Rose Bowl stadium near Southampton at 11am on Wednesday, November 4. There may be significant interest in this unique example of British military heritage, with a guide price of between £700,000 and £800,000. The mixed-used development has a recent licence from the local authorities and fire service for up to 500 visitors, doubling previous numbers, and with extended opening hours in the evening. The fort, which is open to the public from March to December, has planning consent for both enhanced residential and commercial use.

I don't go for superpowerful cars either, I wouldn't mind upgrading to a VW Golf if I could though.
I love WW1 tank designs. They may not have worked well, but they look brutal and awesome.
My favorite car is the mini cooper. I'd probably get a hummer tho, so that if I ever have an accident I won't even feel it.
