Dragon Age Character Creator Not Fake

I can't believe you locked my post and called it a fake. There are TONS of these in the 60 page post about "technical" issues with the character creator and this 100% definitely happened to me.

This is a real issue and can and did happen to me. Deleted all the games from my folder and I have NEVER seen anything like this.

    What he's saying is that around these parts we keep to one thread per game. So post this in the other dragon age thread and maybe you'll get a better response.

    Personally I thought this was something people might I don't know care about as they might be deleting the character creator in the next couple days and might be a bit upset if it deleted a bunch of programs because this thread wasn't important enough. But ehh, what do I care

    I just I know I had read the posts buried in the 60 page technical issues page BEFORE I deleted it since it took me an hour to find it AFTER i knew what I was looking for, lots of good that did me.

    This forum really doesn't operate with the same latitude as other forums. Theres already a 60-page Dragon Age thread that pretty much anyone interested in playing the game is already posting in. That's why your thread was locked. Don't take it so seriously, and thanks for the headsup.

    I can understand one thread per game and all, just this seemed like something that shouldn't get lost in a 60 page thread. But I got to admit, I am not in my right mind right now as this wasn't how I intended to spend my Sunday evening. It deleted my borderlands install, my characters and everything with it so instead of spending the evening playing Borderlands with my wife I have spent my evening exasperated that this thing ACTUALLY deleted a few dozen gigs of information and all of the games installed on my machine while waiting for Borderlands and Torchlight to download...

    Let me explain this to you, you're not the one who decides what is important. If it is important, then if it's posted in the megathread it will get quoted and be responded to and every one will get a chance to read it, probably even put in the OP.

    I heard bad things from people in vista installing their games there so I just got in the habit of not.

    I suppose it doesn't matter much really where you put things.
