    Yeah, and the widescreen mode is just 4:3 over a background. Sort of reminds me of the SNES Game Boy Game Player thing.

    Actually, they're going for 1,000 Wii Points/$10 a pop.

    PW:AA comes out in January, Justice for All in March, and Trials and Tribulations in May, all 1,000 WP each. Plus Case 5 of the first game comes in May for 100 WP.

    Honestly, I love the PW games enough that I'd buy them all over again. So this is great news to me!

    And considering how hard it can be to find copies of the DS games, this is good news for my friend as well.

    I still haven't reached the trial portion of it, but I'm prepared to say this: So far, it seems like it (and the first game and Apollo Justice) trump the hell out of JFA's final case (which isn't bad, it just isn't as awesome as the first game and final game's). This case in T&T had a metric ton of build-up and I hope it doesn't let me down.

    Trials and Tribulations was amazing. The others, even at their best, didn't even come close (though they were still good).

    As for Wii Phoenix Wright, I might be tempted to buy them just to witness the court room scenes on the big screen, even if they're low resolution.

    There used to be an excellent write-up about it here, but it seems the entire website went down. It was basically a hentai "game" ("game" because the game part involved nothing but clicking next) with hilariously bad translation.

    I'm about to start day two of the trial for the final episode in T&T but I think I have it all figured out already.
    Misty had already found the letter Pearl's mom wrote and she followed its instructions in Pearl's place, didn't she? And killed herself, hence her body being found under the statue of her, right?

    This is going to be so fucking sad to see unfold. I hope Maya is alright.

    What did you think of how everything unfolded?
    I wasn't too impressed with Godot's involvement in the case, up until the moment he explained striking down the victim. He kept his cool for the entirety of the process, which I guess was a nice change of pace from the breakdowns seen. Most of what made the case intense though was the whole thing with Dahlia (everything regarding Godot's part and Maya's testimonies was cake). The relationship between Iris and Phoenix was nice to get a bit of closure on.

    Edit - Oh wait, there was one thing that I was impressed with:
    When the lamp was presented as evidence and Godot wasn't aware of the blood on it, I was REALLY confused (not because of his inability to see red). I thought that he was in the know-how that the blood and the writing would be turned around against his prosecution. And it was but not in a practical manner like I was expecting.

    The Wii isn't the only new venue into which Phoenix Wright is expanding his legal business. Today, at the Apple Store in Ginza, Capcom revealed a version of the first Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney for iPhone and iPod Touch. It uses the same unaltered Game Boy Advance graphics that have graced the DS and WiiWare versions, along with new "flick"-based controls. Finally, a device that can both play the game and the Steel Samurai ringtone!

    Capcom didn't offer date or price details for the release. For reference, the WiiWare version of the first episode is priced at 900 Wii Points in Japan (with a 300-point charge for the extra fifth case) and 1,000 in North America (with the last case as a 100-point download).
