Alarm system user manual hunt
FiggyFighter of the night manChampion of the sunRegistered Userregular
We purchased a home with an alarm system, but the previous owner did not have the user manual. I've called the number on the keypad, but they can't help because the "account" doesn't show what type of keypad it is.
The keypad itself is the "Golan" brand, which was purchased by ADT. ADT's site has a section with manuals, but none are Golan.
I've never used one of these things before, so I have absolutely no idea how to work it apart from punching in the code to arm/disarm it.
I've posted pictures of the keypad below, in hopes that someone either has the same keypad and can direct me to the user manual, or they have a similar one.
If you can remove it from the wall without tripping some kind of "system tampered with" alarm, there should be a model number on the back you could Google.

Removing the console from the wall reveals the not-so-informative "Made in Canada."
There are no other distinguishing marks anywhere, except for "This side up."
Behind the console itself is the actual circuit board, and behind that is the drywall.
