Something I smiled about, I am playing a Druid on Ravenholdt, I got a quest to go to Tarren Mill and was running from Sepulcher.

On the road between Tirisfal and Hillsbrad a level 26 Human Warrior saw me and decided to Charge/Hamstring me. I really wasn't interested in fighting him so with my back to him I shifted out of Cat hit him with Root and then back into Cat form.

I figured he was cursing about the loss of what he figured would be an easy kill.

did the same thing, but replace warrior with paladin and hamstring with HoJ.

Also did the same thing with hibernate on a druid in cat in ashenvale.

edit: also with natures grasp you can root without shifting! has a 35% chance or whatever but it is pretty reliable.

So the Paladin didn't use BoF to get out of your root? Funny.

I've been working hard the past two weeks on cash from dailys, heroics for badges, BG's for some honor and marks for Veteran's gear and I'm sitting at around +1600 healing and 11k mana self-buffed. So tonight I got invited to the big boy's Kara in our guild (we run 2 raids, one is good and one is sometimes good). Cleared everything but Illhoof, Netherspite and Nightbane and came out of it with 2 more purplez! A very good night in WoW for me.

I don't think they actually get that at level 26.

Did my first heroic yesterday, Slave pens me, my mate (holy pally) and other randoms elemental shammy , mage and bm hunter and well I wouldn't say it was a smooth run, but we finished it :D First two things that dropped where a blue jc recipe and that purple BOE dagger.

Didn't score any loot out of it but got my 3 badges and learnt that some of those mobs hit really hard (screw you defenders hitting me for 3-3.7k) least in a few more days I'll have my libram

They have it to use in the 10-19 WSG. But not many realize just how powerful it is in that bracket. It is probably the most useful buff you can hit a flag runner with.

Getting exalted with the sha'tari skyguard
    now for the tl;dr:
I go do my daily quests, leaving the escort quest for last because, fuck that guy, maybe I won't need him.
Well, I do,so I start looking. First time I see him, monstrous kalari decides to get me, so I figure I'll kill it then start the quest. Why, hello there,Mr.Alliance! yes, you may start the quest, why not. I'll just fight this- oh, the bird bugged out. great.
Next time, I get hit by a skettis-guy, so I take care of him. Then his friend repops on me and I have to get him, too. Oh, why it's another alliance guy. Yes, you could have stolen the escort, but instead you kill me. Nice. I run back and I see the alliance guy escorting the mob. So,of course I kill him.
Being the monumental wuss I am, I then go hide in org for half an hour.
Guess that wasn't enough time. I go back, see a bazillion allies at one spawn point, and go to the one in the back. The guy is actually there! So I start- oh wait, hi there mr night elf druid flying up after I start the escort. Yes, you're stealthing while I'm escorting. Yes, I suck at pvp. So I die.
The escort mob respawns after I rez, though. Noone in sight,so I go for it. Yay! exalted
