Ahh, my simple minded brother. If I were a crueler sibling, it would be a little thing, you know, to commit my remaining power to removing those Lepers that await your slaughter in Kislev to the Empire. I would still accomplish my ends, spreading plague to the populous, while simultaneously denying you your slaughter.

But, I feel us elder brethren must unite to keep the young one and the devious one in check. I gift you those Lepers, slaughter as you please, and I will begin a fresh infection in the Empire

Only one with a 'limit' is Tzeentch, as he doesn't draw new cards, but draws up to 5 cards each turn. In other words, Tzeentch really shouldn't hesitate to throw all his cards on the field each turn, cause they will all refill, whereas the rest of us bums get 2 at a time.

The time-stamp for your post tells me it was made a 3:10 AM; even gods need sleep. Well, I do anyway; that's when I get my best plotting done.

Speaking of which, the Skaven seem to have been busy hunting warpstone under the border Princes:

The Meddling of Skaven - 1 - When you play this card, choose an opponent with figures in this region. That player must discard two Chaos cards from their hand. in The Border Prices, targeting Slaanesh.

Apologies little sister; I tried to divert them elsewhere, but they do love the black stuff so...

    0/6pp left! To the PhaseMobile!

    KHORNE Combat

Kislev - 2 hits - the raining pus obscures the Bloodletters' vision and they only collect one leper skull.

Estalia - 0 hits - The peasants riot and fight amongst themselves but noone remembers to bring pitchforks and sickles.

    End phase:
    1. Hero Tokens are resolved
In the Empire, Khorne is viewed as the most threatening. The peasant-born hero rises up and slays Khorne's lone cultist. The hero gains a thirst for blood, and he begins seeking out his next target. REVENGE FOR THE FALLEN!

    2. Resolve Old World cards
    None on the track

    3. Score Ruined Regions
    No regions were ruined

    4. Advance Threat Dials
Khorne advances one tick: Score 4 VP
Nurgle advances 2 ticks: Score 3 VP, remove 1 corruption token
Tzeentch advances 1 tick: Place 1 Warpstone
Slaanesh advances 1 tick: Score 3 VP

    5. Check for Game end
    The game has not ended

    Actions required:
Slaanesh needs to discard 2 chaos cards
    [strike]Nurgle needs to remove 1 corruption token[/strike]
    [strike]Tzeentch needs to place a warpstone[/strike]

Once that is done, I'll make the final update for the turn and draw the next Old World card, beginning turn 2

Its easy to get confused with domination. All figs+card cost count for domination, while only your cultists spread corruption.

Round 2 begins with the Old World phase

Word of the success of the young hero in the Empire spreads like wildfire throughout the land, and peasants everywhere begin to organize and burn down the temples of the old gods.

    Peasant Uprising
Place one Peasant token in every region except the Badlands
While this Old World card remains in play, each Peasant token on the board raises the Resistance of the region it occupies by one.

    CitOW_g2r21.gif

All draws are updated on your player sheets; the Summoning phase is upon us, with Khorne first to act, as always.

A lot of the strategy in the game comes down to which cultists will be allowed to live to the Corruption step; for most of the gods, cultists are the engine that drive everything (cheapest figures for domination, major VP from ruination, dial ticks from getting two points of corruption in the right region).
