afganistan and the interventionalist policy,

What do you think of the administration's continued Internationale "policemen of the world" policy. Mainly Iraq and Afghanistan. Are these endeavors even sustainable now? Financially, and is it worth our soldiers lives? The Soviet Union could not win in Afghanistan, and their base of supply was much closer. And I was so happy to see on the news that democracy is "flourishing" there, but then again like most American I like a little sedative in my mental tea. Anywhere, what do you think?
