Dwarf Rogue, or Troll Rogue. Which is more rare I wonder? Probably Dwarf. Either way, have a friend/wife make a level 1 of what you need and you're good.
There's a troll rogue in my guild so I got him first off. I got a level 20 gnome rogue when I was visiting the SW tables and barely escaped getting raped by the allies in the area. In Dal the Dwarf rogue I did find stealthed the second I targetted him.
I don't have a problem getting rogues as I can create whatever I need on my other account
The lack of shotguns is a problem
The number of people trying to prevent people from completing this holiday is embarrassing
So far I'm on the second group of quests (legs, shoulders and boots) but I don't have the Tier 0 shoulders and legs. I got lucky with the boots on my first ever kill of Balnazzar.
I've not been so lucky with Rivendare. 6 or so kills and no lightforge. Dreadmist twice, magisters three times and shadowcraft once...

So, today, I finally got to do the Wrathgate chain for the first time.
Wow.
Wrynn is a colossal douche.
I'm glad they develop his character a bit more in Icecrown, they need to do the same with Garrosh at some point before he's made Warchief though.
I think Garrosh needs a war or two under his belt before he stops acting like an douche. This was the same guy that was moping all over Nagrind until Thrall came along and showed him what a badass his old man turned out to be to get him pumped. But that's all it is. He's being a colossal dick because he thinks being an unlikable hardass is what makes a great leader. It's why he busts Thrall's balls all the time over the matter. Thrall going "Hold down the fort while I go visit my bitch" in cataclysm is only going to make things worse before they get better.

me and a couple of friends we leveling alts in zangarmarsh and saw the table set up there. After one of them drunkenly yelled "GO BACK TO YOUR RESERVATION POCAHONTAS" at the female tauren that gave the little quest, I got a little curious about it.
but realistically, without going to extremes of terrible, i don't see how the turkeys could be any worse.
People being stupidly aggressive (emphasis on the stupid) about preventing other people from getting helps. I had a hunter assisting off me to tag my turkeys, and he missed at least 4 or 5 that were easily in his range that I was going to double back for, then when I finally beat him to a kill, he let his 20-something stack drop while he bitched at me in whispers.
Blizzard couldn't have made it much worse, but players sure as hell figured out how.
Personally I'm waiting until later in the week. I tried once, got to 32 and suddenly found myself in a void of zero turkeys. I figure in a few days one of two things will happen, or both: People will stop flooding the area, and/or people will QQ enough on the forums about turkeys that Blizzard will increase the spawn rate or nerf the achievement or both.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but here goes.
I noticed there will be new class combinations in Cataclysm. Will I need to buy the expansion to start leveling my blood elf warrior (one of the new combinations) or can I put off buying it until I hit 80 (my account is Wrath-enabled already)?

considering the expansion touches way more than just level 80, just buy it anyways.
I agree in that I don't see it as the kind of thing that would warrant an expansion pack. It's more along the lines of new animal graphics for druids, for example; Old content in new sorta combinations.

Look, honestly, I'm all for keeping the customer happy, but if more than 2% of the player populace bitches about actually getting updated character models, I'll feed my balls to a rabid mongoose. There's just no way that would be the case. Yes, you're always going to have the outliers; hell, a few (VERY few) people bitched about the updated druid forms because the "missed" the old look, but those people were the minority by far (and anyone who legitimately felt that way should have their eyes donated to science, because they don't deserve them).

the anachronism in the polygon count and detail between, say, human models and worgen, is jarring
especially considering you can go from the really superbly done worgen models, to the shit-ass human models on the same character.
It just bugs me that they won't spend some of the $$ texas they have and up the polygon count for some of the older races
