I'm still scratching my head on what badass store you can walk into and order lengths of titanium.

    I mean seriously.

It confuses the fuck out of me, and I also feel a tad ignorant like this is a thing that I should've known all along.
I'm putting a stick of Titanium on my birthday wishlist

    a um

    a hardware store?

I prefer the "wrestled it from a terminator" story... but the truth

An inanimate carbon rod would be fun.

Amazon should note that the rod was once employee of the month.
My satan may get one simply so I can go add that as a comment.

Hooray I got some of my gifts today!

There is a note from Amazon saying that there will be some other gifts arriving later, but international shipping is going to slow them down.

Note also says that my satan will reveal his identity in the international package but I know who it is anyways because I am an internet detective. Actually I just happen to have seen his name in the SE++ facebook group

Also I have this to say to him in regards to one gift in the package

    YOU SON OFFA BITCH!
I actually laughed pretty damn hard when I saw it, the other gifts are awesome too! <3

They're basically 4 of the volumes put together and printed hugely. They also cost about $100 each.

You don't know what the Absolute series is?

It's the definitive release of whatever comic it includes.

The Absolute Sandman volumes are huge over-sized hardcovers with gorgeous slipcases that reprint all sorts of material that hasn't been collected in ages, as well as including all the extras that were in the individual volume releases. The first volume of Absolute Sandman is especially cool as like half the issues got re-colored and look waaaay better than the older collections. Also in each volume there are the pencil layouts and full script of one of the issues. Really I can't say enough to praise them.

I've been picking them up over the past couple years and have managed not to have to pay over $75 for any of them.
