Since my Mutilate PvE gear has fallen way behind my Combat gear, I now just have a dedicated combat PvE spec and a spec that changes depending on my whimsy
Daggers don't become viable for a while. Until you get mutilate, it's just a pain to level with them.
You may want to look at the heirloom mace instead in case you ever get the desire to have a shaman alt.
Remember Sub was changed to include an increase in Weapon Dmg for Ghostly strike and Hemo when weilding daggers so it is viable at lower levels and actually alot of fun. Imp KS and Hemo with Slice and Dice = nice dmg with daggers now.
I will have you know that my mom is a very classy lady.
The idea that you would be teaching her anything filthy is disturbing and untruthful.
Please consider this fact when you are choosing a more appropriate thread title(preferably one that references rogues complete dependency on cooldowns).

I rolled a troll rogue. With 2 heirlooms, and the heirloom dagger (haven't been able to find a sword trainer yet to equip my sword heirloom) I'm already killing boars in two global cooldowns. This is FUN, and I'm only level SIX.
My rogue has a sword, a mace and two daggers, also dual spec(one combat spec, one dagger spec). I wish there was an heirloom axe and fist weapon as well. Its so much better to keep weapon skills close to leveled, while leveling than to grind it all out at the end when you get a weapon upgrade.

Whether they find a life there or not, I think Jupiter should be called an enemy planet.
I bought a thrashblade too, it's only heirlooms afterall, and you have to use those stupid stonekeepers shards on something.
Uhm... I thought it was a quest item.
You're right. The heirloom they speak of is based on the thrashblade from a maradon quest.
Correct, the quest reward Thrashblade is really good, especially if you can get it early when the quest is still orange-red to you. It lasts a long time.

150 Shards = 10k Honor = Epic Gem. I just learned of this.
If you use honor or need a routine flow of epic gems, that's a better use than heirlooms I agree. I however don't use honor really, and do not get upgrades nearly often enough to notice the cost of gems, so the heirlooms seem to give me more play.
I also just discovered this use of my shards as well, mostly because i now had 2 80s with an overflow. the rogue is gonna get the mammoth because why the hell not, but the druid needs no mounts so he sent honor tokens to my rogue to get gems for cutting and selling.
I still know the forsaken starting zone by heart. Eversong is alright a time or two but after that i got kinda boring, which i might just have to blame on leveling too many alts. I've never even finished durotar. I get bored a couple quests into razor hill and take them to tirisfal or eversong every time
Durotar the first time I came to it was interesting but then I was level 14 on my warrior.
I loved Teldrassil on my night elf rogue it was fun to learn to sneak around and jsut kill one target rather than 20+ a bad habit I still use
I really like being a combat rogue but with daggers getting moved to the assassination tree as it gets the full use of them I really don't want to play the daffy duck fight as my rogue
Does the Hunger for Blood effect stop working when the bleed effect drops off the target? Or do you just need the bleed effect to start the HfB and then it just lasts for the 60s?

Eve Online is a terrible game, but I used to play, for the lulz! Steam

edit: or this. Moved Dirty Tricks to 2/3 Setup.
Focused Attacks or Find Weakness really comes down to preference.
But yeah, that's the bog standard Mut/Prep spec.
Went to AB and flailed about helplessly, but I think I'm getting the hang of it. Serrated Blades does wonders for low-point Envenom crits.
Explain how? That increases armor pen and rupture damage, neither of which is used by envenom.

I am offended at your post title.

Nope.
It was you?!
I guess this is what [Pain Suppression] is for.
He must have meant Evis!
Any way, unless the victim has a fuckton of resilience, I get pretty nice Envenom crits even with just 2-3 CPs.
You can't train swords in Orgrimmar, and I hate having to navigate Undercity without a mount, so I went to Silvermoon.
But the Thrash Blade really looked like the best, and I'll be PVPing it up.
Maces are: A) ugly.
C) so ugly it ought to be a warcrime.
Yeah, but then you can beat people with an ugly stick.

Swords, at least, they are familiar with from having played the popular playstation game, Final Fantasy 7. You might have heard of it.
The thrashblade is fucking awesome. I can't believe how often it procs.

Blood elf starting zone is the best place to do the early levels. Nowhere else is even close.
It's a good start area, and so is the Draenei area.
I wonder what it will be like in Cataclysm
