Oh yes, in the 'Tools' tab there is also a bit called L4D2 add-on support which basically contains the L4D map assets and whatnot for all the L4D1 (custom) maps to run in L4D2. It's a 350 mb download.

The L4D wiki says that if you bile both tanks in the SF finale, they'll attack each other. I tried it in game and it looks like it was a crock of shit. Anyone else try this?
I was playing survival once on that level with the empty pool outside.
We were held up in one of the motel room and I chucked a bile out the window. As the bile landed I saw the purple outline of a Smoker and started to laugh at my lucky shot.
Then one of the guys I was playing with started to laugh, saying a tank was chasing and hitting the smoker.
So yeah, I believe it. You probably just have to be out of sight so they fight each other.
Going to pick up L4D2 for Xbox in the New Year. Can I count on being able to find three people reliably in the thread, or is this still mostly PC discussion?

Stupid question, but do people still play the original L4D? My friend got me a copy and until he gets his, I've no one to play with!

TF2 had an update pretty recently, and alot of people who play one play the other. Plus it is Christmas time, meaning people are with family still/trying their new presents. There will be an update, and it will bring everyone back to L4D2.
As for the original... I really can't imagine many people playing it still.

We're pretty terribad though, haven't managed a campaign on even advanced as of yet despite being able to do it consistently in L4D1. Will be getting stuck back in after the holidays and I'll be sure to shoot you an invite. What's the new metatag btw?

I incapacitate him.
Then I kill him.
He mysteriously leaves the game immediately after this.

It quickly loses the mystery once it happens to you. It's weird, It's like "Hmmmm, so this is what it feels like".

As for the original... I really can't imagine many people playing it still.
Most people flocked over to L4D2 but there are still *people* playing according to Steam.
