So I found this thing on my lower left arm. Its spreading upwards as well. Has anyone seen or heard about this? Any idea to what it might be? I'm going to the doctor for it probably, but just wondering.

It's not really clear... is it a rash?
Try taking a Benadryl or another anti-histamine. If it doesn't start to clear up in an hour or so, get it checked out.
I can't see the image now, but it could be Tinea Versicolor. Check it out on wikipedia, but know the image at the top is potentially NSFW. It's essentially a fungal infection, from stuff that's on everyone's skin, and normally okay, but in the proper conditions they flare up and create spotty raised areas of discolored skin. I had this once and a topical cream cleared it up. It's caused by poor nutrition, and humid hot environments. I was a poor college student in Florida at the time, so I was a prime target.
