Fruit with a green outside and red inside?

I was watching Food Network with my family today and they had this brief 2-3 second clip of a guy cutting a fruit that nobody in the family could identify. It looked about the same size as an apple with more of a citrus fruit shape. The skin was a color between a granny smith apple and a lime, the inside was a really intense ruby red.
Any idea what that was?

Some Pomelos can have red flesh.
They are usually red on the outside but can be green. They are fucking delicious.
