I am a moron and somehow right clicked and got rid of like every toolbar. Now it is just showing my PDF but no toolbars at all and I have no idea how to reset everything back to default. I don't want to reinstall the program because I made a lot of highlights on the PDF.

Can anyone help?

    I am probably days late to helping you with this (and I hope you got it sorted out) but did View > Toolbars not work?

    edit: if you dumped the menu, too, hit F9
