My friend plays allistar when I play blitz. it's almost unfair. We just are laughing hysterically on vent as we juggle people. Pull w/ blitz -> knockup -> allistair knockup -> allistair headbutt (by this point I'm already moving back into position for the headbut) -> blitz knockup again -> taunt in chat
It's disgusting.

So what exactly is this Support Ashe's build, as posted about a few days ago? I gather it's built around enabling ganks with Frost Arrow from across the map, and so cooldown reduction would be the first thing. Just something like Nashor's Tooth, then more DPS items?
i find rammus really fun but i feel like i can't do like, anything early game
i hate not being able to harass
i like pantheon a crapload because he can harass early then once he reaches a certain point, getting enough damage items (right after you pick up a BF sword and a recurve bow) your attacks become amazing and you can start dominating

Rammus is scary as shit early game with a good laning partner. I always go Powerball->Taunt->Taunt->Curl->Taunt. He doesn't even need a summoner spell to punish overextended squishies; a quick Taunt followed by a point blank Powerball at the end of the taunt duration is enough for an ally to pretty much grind up any low health target, and if you Powerball standstill in the brush, you can move much, much faster than expected upon exposing yourself. Rammus gradually gains up to 500 speed units as he spins, which will more than double any opponent's footspeed.
He's also excellent in protecting partners, since a Powerball can hit both enemies if placed properly, and Taunt, of course, helps lessen the heat.
Get Boots of Mobility as soon as you can. I don't recommend them for a lot of heroes, but they synergize insanely well with Powerball, giving him map mobility not even Teemo can match.

Pure support ashe is retarded. If you want to play support ashe, do it right. Stack the crap out of mana runes and desolation runes in red. Grab a vamp sceptre, level 1 boots, and then a BF sword. Then make a blood thirster. You won't run out of mana because of the runes, and you tear people apart easily.

Yeah that is usually how I spend my first 5 skillpoints. I have been able to score some very early assists (and kills) with powerball, but sometimes the ranged heroes have too much of a control over my minions and have too many minions of their own to do something like that. And it is a very annoying thing to accidentally bump into an enemy minion or something.
He definitely is a great amount of fun, though, and definitely a huge threat. I have yet to get an early "taunt a cocky champ into my turret" kill yet, but it is only day two of owning him. I have time.
The best was right before we made the final push in a game, I initiated the team fight (DAMN I love to initiate with Rammus, he can cause so much chaos and take sooo attention... even if I end up dying my team wins the fight) and I started it off whacking their carry, Annie, with a powerball, and then taunting her, curling, then tremoring, and she was bursted within seconds by my team, as they charged. Just before we destroyed their Nexus, Annie says "goddamn i hate taunt."
i need some sleep, my anti-ramble glands are failing

I wouldn't concern myself with that one. You'll probably only see that happening in low-level games, because once a player gets burned by Rammus's taunt near a tower, they aren't likely to forget it. Basically the only way it has more than a very remote chance of happening is you powerball in on unsuspecting enemies from behind them as they attack your tower, Flash on top of them, and taunt before they can get more than a few steps away from the tower. It's not like Blitzcrank where oh shit he hooked from 1000 range and now I'm in the middle of the tower radius qq.
It is especially amusing with very fast douchers like singed or anyone with a sivir around (just do it to sivir)

I really, really hate this matchmaking system. It seems to go from a week of nothing but losses to a week of nothing but wins to a week of nothing but losses and so on. It's completely insane. Their system doesn't seem to recognise a middle ground of any kind inbetween the two extremes.

Is it me or has the community been going into full-on pants-on-head retarded mode lately? I haven't seen an Eve, Warwick, Yi, Kat, or Ryze in a month, and today EVERY game there was a team with at least three of them, along with lots of Teemos and Shacos. It felt like being on newbie island again.
Maybe people are getting bolder about picking the terrible, easily shut down champs now that there's a punishment for queue dodging. I really, really wanted to dodge when I got a team with av Eve, Shaco, Ryze, and Yi... but I forced myself not to. That ended about as badly for me as might be expected.

Boots + 3 HP Pots - Harass with spear throw. You're a beast at level one so harass like you mean it. Level your stun and heartseeker equally after that.
Phage - Get golem and lizard as often as you can while using gankin' like a mudda.
Brutalizer - Cooldown is your friend, plus more damagez.
Zerker/Mobility/Treads - Use whatever. Keep gankin and junglin and creepin and pushin and ownin.
From there I went stark's into infinity but you could do whatever.
Beastly.
Any good AP/cooldown teemo builds? I want to maximize the amount of shrooms I have and do some bursty shots too.

I don't get all the Eve hate. Shes such a good lane mate, and if you have good communication she can be deadly. Early game me a buddy of mine can just rack up kills. He's never in the lane all game, after like two or three kills he'll TP mid and help gank mid, move top and gank top, and then come on back and help clean up my lane.
He'll buy an Oracles to counter wards and then bate the team in to thinking they have a free kill by standing around there wards invis. it usually works, unless the other team is smarter then a brick (most are not though).
How much is cooldown on the 1second stun at level 1?
ROFL exactly.
EDIT: Bring flash and ignite for first blood.
Who cares how much of a cool down it has. Its worth it. I've gotten more level 1 kills with the stun then I have with the spear. Spear is great, don't get me wrong, but its not that great at level 1. Having an instant shield after jumping two guys in the bush before creeps spawn is critical IMO. Honestly, I've just built two (or even 3) bloodwhatevers (the damage/health steal scaling sword) and its worked out pretty good.

Pretty much this. I really only get it at level 1 for the stun which nets me first blood with a friend of mine in Skype all the time.
Is the stun based on range or something, because the other day I ran into the bushes straight into melee range of a champ and I panicked and hit him with the Aegis, but he didn't get stunned. This was like, the first 3 minutes of the game.
A 1 second stun does nothing unless you're teamfighting whereas you can spam throw (30 mana, 4second cooldown or something) almost indefinitely in the laning phase and deny them gold, get gold, and push them out of exp range. You also don't really want to level it beyond 1 for a good portion of the game because of how spammable it is. I'm sure there are builds out there that use some mana regen, though, but I haven't tried it yet.
Level 5 stun is useable twice a teamfight so try to get there quickly as well.
Don't take my word for it, though.. try it out! You'll be surprised at how much more useful it is at level 1 than a 1 second stun with a half minute cooldown.

I usually take Spear Throw first, too.
I like taking Doran's Blade with Pantheon. The +6 damage makes his Spear Throw hit a bit harder, a little life steal keeps me in the lane longer, and the +120 health is just icing on the cake.

You should be team fighting. Panth shouldn't be soloing anywhere unless someone's jungling.
So you get the stun off to set up any number of beastly guys, or you can spam his spear and maybe get a kill if the other guy's an idiot.
Personally I'll go for the stun. But I'm terrible and the best pantheon isn't even posting here (Akira)
Nah, I'm not saying you should solo, but I meant in a 3v3 or more situation. The only time I'd get stun first is if we're trying to set up a very early gank or get their lizard or something else situational.
I don't deny that Pantheon's definitely a terrible solo.. hehe..
Though you really do want to jungle golem or lizard as often as possible.. because he's amazing at that.

spam ult and volley
- the trick is to stay just in volley range spam it, and build up your passive for one solid harass or creep kill
