I run almost this same build but with the RPG instead of the thumper (because it is so good on maps like terminal and scrapyard), commando instead of ninja pro (because when you have the RPG out it helps to have a 20 foot reach for melee attacks), and the stealth bomber instead of the chopper gunner. BOOM!
Got skullfucked last night on Domination in Terminal by a Danger Close & RPG build. Dude with the RPG was rockin' double- and triple-kills with any shot placed within 50 feet of a capture point.
Might have been me! Played it twice during the evening, actually. Both A and C are pretty easy to lock down and/or take with the RPG w/ Danger Close Pro, as long as your team is there to back you up when you take one to the noggin. Spawning behind the metal detectors, and running to C at the beginning of the match, everyone is crowded up at the top of the escalators. A few shots from the n00btube and a couple of RPGs usually yields about six or seven kills and is enough support for your team to take the point pretty easily. It's a totally fucking massacre and my favorite build to play on terminal domination.

Back in the day, bucko, we just had an A and a B button... and we liked it.

If you heard someone pissing and moaning about "nuclear-tipped RPGs" at the end of the match, you were the guy. I don't think I've ever been owned that hard in Domination, save for being sniper fodder in Wasteland.
Today's To-Do List:
1. Pick up dry cleaning.
2. Cook dinner.
3. Make a Danger Close + RPG + NubeToob class to ruin people's day on Terminal.

Stupid thermal scope should be AMAZING on the snow maps, not nigh worthless. Cold things should show up BLACK infinity ward. BLACK.
I think I wouldn't need that many custom class slots if you could change attachments mid match. I'd only need one Sniper profile, and probably one AR profile (swapping between acog and red dot). I don't think it would be overpowered.

That's ok. I was a bad person for a whole lot of other reasons anyways.

Man danger close builds get people so upset in FFA I am getting pretty good at leading people with tube shots, people act like I am just using blind luck even tho I clearly line them up then adjust based on where they are headed on the kill cam.

One Man Army. And I wish there was a WHOT/BHOT toggle for the thermal as well, like they have for the AC-130.
Yeah, but with the little red boxes around everyone, does it really matter? It could show you little dick icons in the middle of the red boxes and it wouldn't make any difference what-so-ever. Just shoot at the red boxes and you're good to go. BLAM HUMAN STEW!

One man army doesn't let you change the attachments on a gun, you can only swap between profiles. I just want one profile that is an ACR, but then have the ability to swap the red dot sight for an acog.

I think I might just do quick prestiges with the danger close build. I don't think it's possible to level any faster than mass-killing on ground war domination matches. And then I can worry about the 50 year challenges on my 10th prestige.
(Oh the other title I got was The Predator and Carpet Bomber. So a total of 4 titles in one match)
I want to use my Omnicide title, but it's so ugly. jin-roh meets super undead samurai bullshit.
Edit: Also I want some way to rip a sig from MW2 where it grabs your current title/emblem and maybe you're top 3 accolades or something. I want it so bad.

If you're going up a team where half of them are running cold blooded, it makes a difference.

No it doesn't. They're still invisible to thermal.

What do you press to switch between white and black hot anyways? I've never even tried it in MW2.

Completely forgot about the thermal component to cold blooded, my apologies.
As a side note, anyone else noticed the decrease in kill streaks used? I feel like when I first started playing this it felt like there was a harrier or pave low, etc, coming in so frequently it was obnoxious but now not nearly as much where there's matches where my stinger feels useless. Does that have something to do with the matchmaking pairing equally matched players (I doubt it with how crappy the matchmaking system is as far as glitches go) or just people getting better overall?
Great for sniping or otherwise camping. Infinite supply of claymores and noob tubes without leaving your room o' death.
One Man Army
Danger Close
Ninja/Whatever
ACR+Noob Tube
Claymores
Place claymore, switch to same class, place another claymore, switch to same class, etc. Hell, you can switch to a class with tactical insertion and drop one of those without leaving, then to another with C4.
I'm not sure when danger close is applied, when you plant c4/claymore or when it explodes, but it could be even more hilarious if you can switch to cold blooded/stopping power without losing the big bangs.
Main use for One Man Army though is just to refill ammo/claymores on my sniper build, because fuck leaving an awesome camping spot to scavenge. If I get up to an airstrike I switch to danger close pro.

I often wondered this. If I bring in a harrier with some class that doesn't have danger close, then i die while it's in the air, and switch to a class that does have it, does my air support suddenly become super fucking powerful?

I'm currently using the "Patriot" title with the "Soaring Jets" emblem. I'm gonna mess around in photoshop later to make my own sig.

We actually went over this already in one of the past threads.
Due to the nature of the way thermal actually works in this game a WHOT/BHOT toggle would do nothing to fix thermal scopes on Derail. On top of which cold blooded actually makes you far more visible to thermal on that map, again because of how it works.
Basically because everything on that map is glaring white (including the snowstorm effect thing it has going on) thermal fucks you because all it does is make people glow bright, you guessed it, white. It works by just applying a color filter. A WHOT/BHOT toggle would just make everything black and cause the same problem. The reason cold blooded works in reverse is that while everything becomes a glaring white mess while looking through a thermal scope, people running cold blooded maintain their regular coloring and thus stick out as black/grey blotches in the endless sea of white.
Thing is it's one map and so I'm not holding my breath on them changing the way thermal scopes work on just one map :P
I think thermal make people really easy to see on Derail.
I think the glowing white blobs stand out a ton over the white snow.
This is not sarcasim, I am being completely serious. My roommate was always asking me what I was shooting at on derail when I used to use the thermal scope, while I was raking up kills, cause like most of you he couldn't make out the white people on the white snow.
I totally can though, I think it is just because I know the map really well and can tell when the white stuff is out of place.
I find it so appropriate that he's a dog rapist and then goes on to point out "No, it's really funny hearing how people are mad that you fucked with them."

I used the UMP for quite a while, and while it's a pretty great gun I could not get over the recoil/jumping. I'd almost have to take it down to single-fire just to make it accurate at any distance over about 15-20 yards.
The silencer on it makes it easier to use.
I unlocked the F2000 last night. Dunno what the problem with it is. It's kinda like the AUG, where the AUG is a mix of Rifle and LMG. The F2000 is a mix of a rifle an an SMG.

If you begin a match that says Private Match on the top of it, back out unless you want to play a 5 hour long game on Rust.
It isn't that hard people.
Well, how long does the switch take?
Incorrect. People are glitching.
6 seconds, dropped to 3 seconds on pro.
