Weird Window in DA Thread

When viewing this page of the Dragon Age thread, and only there, a screen appears that states:
Followed by Username and Password tabs. I don't believe its the computer, as it doesn't occur on any other threads and AdAware and AVS both state the system is clean. And there isn't any linked content that I see anywhere on the page that might be bringing it up.
So, yeah, no clue.
A username and password are being requested by https://homedrive.ziggo.nl. The site says: "Webspace login voor wj.ravensbergen@quicknet.nl"
