    I, I just don´t know:

    - It´s too soon for a sequel. Too soon.
    - I don´t like they are going to make the joker the main villain again. I don´t read comics but I know batman have a great enemy list: two-face, riddler, Ra's al Ghul, catwoman, mr. freeze, etc...

Also, maybe this trailer is only to generate hype; for example, they´re using the same AA harley model; probably they haven´t started to work in the sequel.

But, if they improve the gameplay and fix things like the boss battles, this game will be the greatest thing known to man.

It's just a teaser trailer. We know it's in development. We don't know when it'll be out. I'm guessing 2011, which isn't really too soon.

An easy explanation to the Joker's voice changing from game to game would be the effects that the
    Titan serum
had on him. Either that or they get an extremely great soundalike.

Also.. sequel to my GOTY? Sign me up.

WHERE THE FUCK HAVE I BEEN AUUUUUUGHHH

I dunno man. They broadcast that shit from the rooftops.

    Yeah uh

That was sort of the whole reason everyone was hypin' up on the game

It's Mark Hamill and Kevin Conroy and whoever played Harley, all back

And Paul Dini on staff for the script as well.

Also, expect to be underwhelmed by Gordon's voice in the game. They didn't bring back Bob Hastings. But every other "replacement" works relatively well.

All this talk of voice acting reminds me of my favorite little insignificant moment in AA. When you get into the stealth room with redhead doctor and she's sobbing. If you land next to her all sneaky-like while the guards are patrolling, she whispers "...Batman?" and Batman's all like "Wait here. It's not safe yet."

    And then the sobbing stops.

Something about that little moment always stuck with me.

Man, everyone's so down on Gordon's VA in the game.

He wasn't the dude from the animated series but he did just fine regardless.

I don't mind Tom Kane as a VA, I just don't like his Gordon. I think he did fine with Sharp and Arkham.

I really hope they can get Richard Moll back as Two Face, but I highly doubt it'll happen.

Yeah, stuff like that is great. I remember something similar happened to me with Cash tied up in the library. As soon as he saw me he started whispering and relaying the locations of the enemies in the room. Not that I needed it but it was a nice touch. I even think Cash started getting more confident and start back talking the thugs once he knew I was around.

Richard Moll and Paul Williams, on top of the cast from the first AA and I'll be super pumped for it. I am very curious to see who they get to voice Black Mask though. I didn't really catch The Batman, but I know they had him in a couple of episodes.

EDIT: Harry from Dexter is Black Mask in The Batman?!

Just the hand on the gun in the "We Want You" poster, I guess?

It looks scarred in the style of TDK, but I don't know.

I'm not huge on ARGs so if there's something I'm missing, let me know.

Based solely on the 'We Want You' billboard I'd say TDK-style. Kinda an extension of the 'I Believe in Harvey Dent' ads, plus the scarred gun-toting hand.

This is the cleanest shot I could get off the trailer

Weird. When I looked at it last night I could have sworn I saw what was a bit of long hair on the disfigured side, but now i don't see it anymore. So the poster doesn't really show anything, never mind.

If you have the collector's edition there are illustrations of various arkham inmates mixed in with the doctor's notes, and the character models in the game are kind of similar. But not enough to really say that the two face character in the game will definitely resemble the illustration.

Just posting these screencaps of Joker from the trailer. Looks like
he is sporting his injuries following the end of AA, even looks like he has bone exposed on his forehead from the spike protrusions and hes getting a blood transfusion from stolen blood.

BUT, I dont think this is representative of what the game will be or when it will take place as much as its just advertising the game and the new concept with it taking place after Arkham and they used that character model just to show he'd be involved and to give a little follow up to how he is surviving his Titan thing.

The idea that this might take place directly after AA makes me blink. I mean, Batman got the living shit kicked out of him by the end of the game. I know he's Batman, but come on.

So, if it does take place directly after AA, then how long was Batman in the Asylum? Since it looked like fall in the last game, and it was full dark when Batman brought the Joker to the Asylum, at the earliest that could have been around seven o'clock. Being optimistic about being Batman being awesome, he could have finished up in the Asylum around....eleven? Midnight? That does leave another six or seven hours of darkness. I guess it could fit in, but that's one hell of a long night.

Those screen caps (thanks for posting them, DarkWarrior) do show the Joker looking the little less for wear. So do we start with Batman with a torn cape and bruised face as well?

I don't think it's directly after AA (like the same day) - Joker needed to get some teeth put back in and recuperate a little bit at least. Batman got the crap beat out of him through the course of the game, but he did win; Joker couldn't even walk. I'd say it seems like sometime within the next month or so.

At the start of the trailer Arkham Asylum is now located in the middle of a city, I think it's more than just a day or two. Unless they overnighted the gate to a new prison.

Well the island was pretty much in shambles by the end of B:AA so my guess is they either built a new asylum in the city or just repurposed an existing prison.

Maybe the damage it got in the first game made it unsafe for continued operations until major repairs can be done to the foundations and stuff.

My guess is they're gonna use that relocation as an excuse to put it in "The Narrows", Batman Begins-style. That would mean it's still on an island, but there's now an entire lower-class neighborhood for the Joker to go nuts in and a bunch of innocents for Bats to save.

Oh yeah, just think about all the damage venom-infused Ivy did with her roots popping up everywhere.

And the Joker, with the amount of damage done to him, in a real-world situation, you're looking at weeks, if not months of recuperation to heal from something like that.
