Question on Game/DVD Cases/Covers

I've been buying used games alot recently, and I have a few where the cases or covers are damaged or just weren't provided.

So, where do I go to get blank cases, and how much do they cost (and in packs of how many)? Also, is there are website somewhere that has full scans of game covers that I can just grab and print out?

What dimensions are DVD covers?

    Added question, where can I buy HIGH quality DVD cases. Like the cases some PS2 games come in.

    There are lots of good sites for covers but I don't have them at my fingertips. Snowcone of Snackbar Games runs a great one.

    Note you'll need special paper to get DVD cases printed on one sheet.

    I know office max sells sets of blank DVD cases. I've got about 20 of the things lying around for when I buy games that come in bad cases. They're not great, but they work and look nice.

    I know Nintendo sells officially white Wii cases. But I don't know anyone that sells appropriately green Xbox ones.

    Actual PS2/XBox game cases. 7.99 for a 3 pack.

    I've bought a few in the past, since I like actual PS2 cases, not just generic cases.
