I went through the archives too and I couldn't find it, but those notes were there when the update hit, I usually hit the check news button whenever I am informed to have finished downloading a patch.
Also concert is horseshit now, not to mention even with auto-spawning that fucking corner is a fortress.
t Dru: When everyone holes up in the top right corner of the concert stands, they have line of sight on EVERYTHING, so you can't spawn anywhere near them, so any and all attempts to close the gap just get you shot.
The spawning in the concert finale is so fucked that it makes me actually miss autospawn. At least then I could damned well spawn.
Yeah, they said they were going to fix the cheese spot in that finale, but with the new spawning radius, the stands overall are kinda fucked. I hope they're remapping it heavily or something.
Like when you start the finale the fireworks should light gas leaking from multiple downed helicoptors and it spreads throughout the finale until you are just on the stage.
The "can't spawn you are near survivors" radius is huge. In fact. IF the survivors huddle in the right section of the bleachers, it completely covers the only "safe" spawn within about 30 yards.
The new spawn is also kinda rough in the Swamp Fever finale, if the survivors pick certain spots, though not nearly as bad as how glitchy that finale is.
If they fix the Dark Carnival spawning, and the fucked up timing in Swamp Fever, my least favorite will be Hard Rain. The entire second half of Hard Rain sucks right now.
The worst is probably dead center if only cause of the scavenge mode
I actually like the concept. I'm not sure what your specific gripe is, but mine would be that despite there being an entire scavenge mode, most teams I end up on don't understand how to shut that finale down as infected.

I guess just cause I can play that in scavenge mode along with a bunch of other maps so it doesn't seem so special.

The survivors can anchor around the top right of the stands and basically shut out special infected. It's been a problem since day one.
