I want to get my brother a mesh/fish-net shirt thing for my brother for Christmas. It doesn't need to be some sort of high quality shirt or anything like that, it's just a gag gift. The only places I've found online were about $40 for a shirt, which is not worth it for a gag gift.
Online or local stores would work, but I have no idea where to look in either case.

That's my estimated guess.
glam-rock, ebay is prob your only bet for an affordable one. football shirt, you can probably find at your local sporting goods store/walmart.
