The Distinguished Gentlelady from New Jersey would like to propose an amendment to the bill
Wherein, all citizens of the United States will, upon seeing him, vociferously flip off Senator Joe Lieberdouche (I-Connecticut), pursuant to all rules and regulations previously enacted on the topic of angry middle fingers.
If, for example, I have a square that contains sectors of varying area, and I calculate the percentage of the total area each sector represents
How can I normalize this? Meaning- There is one area that varies in size in the image, but is 'worthless' data-wise. However, if this area is large it affects the area percentage of the important data.
how can I normalize the important areas to the size of this area? Can I just subtract the 'useless' area from the total area, and then divide the 'interesting' areas by the result?
this is probably more of an H/A post so I will also post it there
I was looking at one of those "top 10 embarrasing things celebrities did this year" and I wished I was watching the american idol episode where Ryan Seacreast tried high fiving the blind kid.

Also, is there really no hope of unseating asswholes like Joe Lieberdouche? Is flipping him off till he breaks down our only recourse?
I'd quit if the economy wasn't so shitty and my job prospects were virtually 0.

You are supposed to say "What?" or some equivalent and then I say "It's when you talk down to someone."
And yeah, I really didn't get it Laos. I wasn't attaching events to presidents. I just thought it was a random list of presidential stuff.

Imma cut you now.
Go ahead and say knock knock, I promise to say "who's there"
I don't even read cyanide and happiness because it's quite awful. Someone linked it in a different thread though.
