    Can you boot anything else with the same disc that isn't booting on this machine?

    My first thought is that the CD is bad.

    Sorry, it seems like the computer is not managing to successfully boot from your Windows CD, and is falling back to the next bootable device, which is your existing Windows installation.

    Have you tried to boot from the CD on another machine?
