Flash games. Love 'em or hate 'em, they're everywhere. They're perfect for incognito gaming, as they're played directly in the browser. Just don't let your boss catch you.
Unfortunately, like most things created with technology that's widely available, a lot of Flash games suck. It seems like every wannabe game developer in the early and middle parts of the decade tried their hand at making a Flash game. Even more unfortunate is that the internet is still filled with these steaming piles of shit. It is the intent of this thread to list the cool shit from the horrid, and perhaps spark some discussion of Flash as a gaming platform.

Made by David Sirlin, a self-proposed game balance guru.. this collectible card game is actually really well balanced and strategic with less emphasis on luck and more on player skill. Lots of mind-reading and trickery in this game. It's really fun and quick to join/fire off a few matches. The more you play, the more cards you get. So play lots!

You run a farm in some god-forsaken country. It is like the rogue-likes of simulators (outside of Dwarf fortress) for a little while. Eventually, you finally figure out the nuances and manage to make it, somewhat.
Mastermind is one of the best flash games ever made. Serious. You are an evil genius trying to conquer the world.

I did it once. It's all luck and having the lowest visibility. Sell off visible traits like coughing right at the start, and wait a long time for your points to build up.
Blosics is my favourite flash game at the moment
with Pandemic 2 unless you infect Madagascar straight away its impossible to win :S
