Cross-server chat would be excellent. One of the nice things about City of Heroes.

And this guild will be abandoned in favor of a furry alliance guild when Cataclysm launches, correct?

Not really. I think it is just so any Beasts who want to play a Worgen can all do it on the same server within the 'same guild'. Many of us have too much time invested into the characters on Ravenholdt to leave I fear for good.

The reason why we wouldn't make our worgen alts on Ravenholdt is because of Starja.

The reason we wouldn't make our worgen on Ravenholdt is because Ravenholdt, and Whirlwind in general is an unstable piece of shit. I thought it was decided long ago that we'd shift over to a rp-pvp on a different battlgroup for our worgen alts, so we all have something to do when Raven is down.

At least that was my understanding from all the talks in guild chat about it.

It's primarily because Starja has used up every single solitary character slot on Ravenholdt. He has 10 classes gearing up to level 80.

And we're not about to exclude our favorite Starja from the festivities.

I'm really disturbed people are not reading "furry guild" as a joke.

EDIT: There's a small chance I may transfer my main here. I've been enjoying my Death Knight so far.

It's just that we've brought up that joke so many times that it doesn't really register to us at this point. I think the unspoken plan is to subtly convince the populace of whatever server we roll on that we are, in fact, just such a guild. It should prove hilarious.

Shaman is only 4 levels away, Warlock on the other hand is still only 42.

So not only have I recently join your fine guild but I've also jumped back into the game after an about two year hiatus. Since I didn't have any characters on the server and I never got very high with anyone else I started clean. As such the only real thing I have to do right now is all the early grinding. However if possible I like to lessen the pain by grouping with the guildies.

So if you're in a similar position or have a lowbie alt you want to level with someone somewhat competent. I will gladly join up with fellow beasts. Just PM or /whisper me and we'll set something up.
Toon name is Zeran, a Troll Rogue. I am currently at level 12 if you care about that.

    1. It hasn't been released yet
    2. It'd be far more cheaper and useful to buy a damn netbook

I have a love/hate relationship with the new roll system. It's great that you can just have your shit DE'd if someone's an enchanter, but not great that my druid can't roll need on cloth. Some nice cloth boots dropped in Pit and I got to watch them get smashed into an abyss crystal. =/

yeah this aspect is pretty shit considering current itemization.

fortunately this will go away in cataclysm when each class will have proper incentive to wear their highest level of armor and there will be armor at all levels for all specs, but this restriction feels like it shouldn't have been put on until the itemization changes were made. I've seen tons of good leather that Kairilyn could have used for enhancement get sharded or just greeded by someone to vend.

Here's hoping cataclysm actually fixes all this with the itemization and talent changes.

I am 100% positive that we killed XT hardmode back when Garres was not in Europe.

We have regularly killed XT Hardmode but never 4 towers when I've been around (3 towers regularly). However with this lockout period I will be having interested Beasts continue with hardmodes. The only thing I'm worried about will be speed kills and alts.

I have reached 71 and since the dungeon finder has pretty much killed Battleground queues on my druid's server, I don't see my progress slowing down.

I never thought I'd say this, but awesome. Aside from our pastry chef and Star, we do not seem to have any active 80 Death Knights of tank or dps these days?

Who else is glad arm-twisting is not part of your guild? Me, that's who. The guy who dies 15 times in one night and likes it.

Also, three cheers to everyone for the Rotting Frost Giant and sharing their STDs.
