Need some meal ideas.

Microwave is available, as is hot water. No stove though.

I'm not vegetarian, but try to limit my animal product intake; so vegan friendly meals are preferred, but not required.

Ideas so far:
-Fried Rice.

Wraps are rudimentary. Toss some vegetables and some form of protein in a tortilla, then fill another with peanut butter, jelly, and fruit for dessert.

For pasta the best thing to do is let everything cool then put the pasta in then the sauce on top but don't mix it. Heat it then mix it then finish heating it. You can do something similar with rice and putting terriyaki vegetables on top.

Soups are awesome. I have lots of rubbers maids I bring soups in. When I make homemade soup I'll freeze big batched for dinners and little individual batches for lunch. I do the same thing with chili and stew as well. So three bean chili, vegetable stews, tomato soups, etc.

I also suggest adding a portion to your dinners and bringing in the leftovers for lunch.

    This guy knows what's up.

Sometimes I'll make a huge pot of stew or chili, put it into a bunch of tupperware containers, and throw them in the freezer, with one in the fridge. Before work I'll grab the one in the fridge and then put one from the freezer in it's place.

And if I get tired of eating stew or chili or whatever that week, I can always skip a few days, since the ones in the freezer will last for a long time. The cost per meal ends up being ridiculously low this way.

Chili can be done without meat (although I'd never do it), but stew might be a little difficult obviously. There is always soup though. You can probably find all kinds of cheap/healthy/good tasting vegtable soup recipes online.

Make meals at home and bring them to work is pretty much foolproof.

i'd suggest buying a bento style lunch tupperware case if you don't have one, my favorite is actually just a two compartment small one i bought for 3 bucks at the asian supermarket, but they sell nicer ones online with more spaces. mine presses closed, then also snaps on the sides so that there is no chance of it getting on my stuff.

i would fry rice and put it in one side, then fry veggies/chicken and put it in the other, and each stays good until lunch. i hate having to use just one compartment to hold all of it, it is a mess.

And even the most rudimentary of meals earns the jealousy and scorn of those unhealthy co-workers.

Tuna and Rice is an amazingly easy meal, which ends up being rather tasty. Add a bit of mayo to it for extra taste, and a couple of salt crackers/tostadas chips.

I do this all the time and I love it. Nothing better than having a good bowl of stew, chili, or soup at work while everyone else is eating a cold sad sandwich.

Most of my fall back lunches are some form of salads or sandwiches.

1 cup steel cut oatmeal for every 2 cups of liquid (I use milk), cook on warm over night. If you cook on low it'll burn and be a bitch to clean. If you cook a lot at once, the oats may not have soaked up enough liquid, so flip that fucker to high when you wake up to finish the job (probably won't take more than 30 mins).
My last batch had dried cherries and dark chocolate cooked with it. I sometimes cut up fruit and do that too. I've also been adding flax seed. It makes a super healthy and cheap breakfast. I eat it over the course of a week.

Chicken+jar of Newman's salsa+can of black beans+whatever veggies you want=fuck awesome anyway you cut it.
