Paypal Problems!

Hello im getting really anoyed with Paypal! Because i tried to buy something on Ebay and i couldn't log onto it so i tried to reset my pasword. i waited for 30 mins and noticed the email hadn't came i waited to this morning then sent another 1.I still havent got the email so now ive tried loads of things! it doesent work I tried to reset my username so i could get my password they asked me questions then i clicked conform and it didnt work! it just went to the sign in page! Wtf? Can you HELP ME!!! please!!!! Thanks if you can!!!!
