Is anyone here familiar with the concept of counterbalancing stupidity?
For example. One of my housemates left the door open to the back. We could have been robbed, sure. But the important thing is that it's below 35 degrees outside, so the interior of the house was absolutely freezing. Our pipes might've gotten fucked!
And then I discovered that I left my spaceheater on in my bathroom. Which could have burned down the house. But since my housemate left the door open, it ended up making my room the only one in the house that was at room temperature.
So yeah.

Hrrgh. Why do people like ipods? My ipod touch keeps eating my right earbud. First it was on the nice skullcandy ones I bought, I was like, well, just got a bum pair of earbuds. But it has now nomnom'd the cute pair of goldfish earbuds my friend got me,
Wtf is this shabby crap. I don't want to get another pair of earbuds just to have my ipod destroy the right one. My first ipod and it's a fucking serial killer.
It's probably because you're buying earbuds.... Also, are you wrapping the wire around your iPod? If so stop immediately.

You could be blowing out the earbuds or it could be a defective aspect of your ipod.
I mean, the first ipod I got actually started to skip when I took it for jogs during school. I thought the entire fucking purpose for getting an ipod was so it would never skip ever.
And then the ipod died a slow and agonizing death taking my music library and hope for mankind along with it.

You guys, I need to spruce up my portfolio site (which needs updating also ugh, ignore the content). It's nice and clean, which I like, but boring, which I don't like. Gonna try to think up some new layouts and things today/tonight, but I would happily receive suggestions, be they cool sites to look at or things you think would be neat. I still want it to be nice and tidy, I just don't wan it to be yaaaaaaawn~
Yeah, I doubt it's that I blow them out, I have incredibly sensitive hearing and listen to them as possibly quietly as I can get it to go on the bar and even then, imo, it's too loud. Besides, it's only the right one. Of both pairs. And they don't work on the computer anymore either, so. it was definitely a sad day when I filled my ipod. more in the sense of "why do I have this much music, I am dumb" than "oh man" but sad is sad I suppose.

Jpeg: The newest bands that i've found (as in, I personally just heard them) and really like have been Califone, Bon Iver, Freelance Whales, Boris, Mountain Goats, Sam Goodwell, and Snakeosaurus Rex.
