Tiger / noobs:
1) play a little solo ASAP and get the basics.
2) ask questions.
3) a balanced point dispersion for your demon would not be remiss, as opposed to focusing everything into one stat or buying an uber expensive perk. 2 charisma is also recommended.
4) get a reasonable title, like Marquis(6 pts) or Duke(9 pts) if you can manage it.

Reading that Rock Paper Shotgun AAR writeup will give you a good idea of a lot of the things you can do in the game. Reading the appendix of the manual will tell you where the fuck you find most things in the UI / menus. A lot of stuff makes sense, but some things are in strange places. Look up that 2-page quick reference pdf too (legal cheat sheet - something like that), it's helpful as well.

While the game is going I'm planning on posting some of my impressions in this thread, it would be cool if you guys would as well. Hopefully it'll drum up interest in additional games. At the very least, it'll make this thread a more interesting read.
Guys, please just reply to the original email thread when you send me your turn files. If you send me a new email or screw around with the subject the email thread splits, and I'll never be able to keep things going like that.
Also, bigbadbob, did you change anything about the turn file? Is your game on version 1.6? My game isn't recognizing the turn file you sent in.

Check your versions guys, we're using 1.6. Try deleting the old files, and re-downloading the invitation, then generating your first .trn file from that again.
Yea, let it be known that Malficus Pontificus has appeased the conclave. The many souls he sacrificed in our name were buttery soft, and delicious. And let it be known that bigbadbob remains the sole peer to fail to report for the infernal census. This shall be rectified! Either by his own hand, or by the hand of a praetor-general!
I just tried to run the game, bigbadbob is the only one who is still having trouble. Everyone else seems to check out all right.
Reply to the original email, it doesn't have to be reply all, but it won't let people see your turn even if they get your .trn file. Just make sure to attach the new .trn file.
I'd like it if people could include the turn number in the email body.
welll that was about the most eventful first turn that I've ever seen. Things are already fast and furious. The first turn is sent out. Have a look folks.
