i saw the ant thing on this page first and didnt know what it was, then moved back a page and saw your first post and was like OH its an ant.
Not sure why, I think it may be the jointed antenna and or legs, or the horizontal flip, but the latest one just doesnt read ant to me. More like lobster for some reason.
after you deselect you have two ways you can reload the selection
go back to the selection menu and load the selection
or go to your channels and ctrl+ click on the channel.
ctrl+click on a layer automatically selects everything on the layer.
That will be 95.00 let me know when the check is in the mail.
Also to save you can just navigate to the channels window and click the little icon down at the bottom that looks like a camera ("save selection as channel.")
Catnip, I think if you went with god = Ash completely, it would still read the same. Also, you should tighten that up and finish it, it's pretty sweet!
It's actually a quicky commission piece for a friend with very poor taste, he requested charmander. It's part of some inside joke which I forgot the origin by now. Charmader is a badass pokemon, though. And yeah, it's just god with the pokeball, prolly should have done ash instead.

Mouse I made tonight, Going to use it for an advert. I plan on putting fur on it but I need to do a bit of research on that because I havnt done it before
Legs, what program you using? I know a lot of the 3d programs I have feature a hair tool but I've found that if i'm not going to animate it, it's a lot less frustrating to paint it on.
Maya, I am going to use the 'Fur' Atribute which will do most of the work for me, I will need to "brush" the hairs to get the right direction but I really havnt gone into detailed UV mapping which is where the problem lies.
For Fur you need a grade A UV map because the hairs space themselfs evenly over the UV
Also, this lil creature is going to be popping out of a cup of coffee so yeah it will be animated lol

(On another note, and obviously not faulting YOU with this :P but I think the the Worgen's face is rather weak. The teeth going over the lips makes her look like some werewolf hick, as well as the silhouette of the snout being too concave on the top. These are the musings of Wasser)
They seemed to make the worgen as non-badass as they possibly could. Its like, Im okay with them making a race out of ferocious werewolves, but thel sort of emaciated them and smoothed everything out

made a skull for no real reason. The boxy thing all the way to the right is the base mesh I sculpted it from in Zbrush.
