MSPAINT-esque applications for Mac?

Hello!

I am enjoying my MacBook quite thoroughly, but I wish I had a simple image editing software a little less like Preview and a little more like MSPAINT. Do such applications exist? Does anyone have recommendations? They'd be much appreciated.
