    Honestly I answer all requirements plus I have 25,000 posts on the forums and I've travelled to PAX from Australia twice

    and I have more experience than is asked for

    Khoo can you move my entire family and a few of my friends to Seattle too

    Web design is pretty much putting boxes inside other boxes and yelling at Internet Explorer. Very fulfilling work.

    Buckwolfe: Yes, at 10 dollars an hour (with taxes off) I made about 2k the summer i worked. (too bad I spent it all on a bunch of crap. It lasted a year though.) You don't have to be a smart person to do the job. Just young and in shape. I am no longer in shape though.

    dude if you knew flash 8, you're laughing.
    they streamlined it with the rest of CS.
    it has a similar interface to photoshop and illustrator now.
    all the same features really, just a more intuitive interface.

    oh there's "rigging" now too if you're doing character work.

    I'm in the "some but not all" category as far as the qualifications go. My Web design skills don't go much beyond basic HTML programming and it sounds like that's a pretty major component of what they're looking for here.

    I'm in the "Some not all" boat.

    I don't know, that is a hard ass skill set to find in one person. I CAN offer you a husband wife duo that fills all of the requirements :D (my wife is the Internet Content Director of the station I do Graphic Design for)

    Surely if you are going to find this unicorn of a person, this is where you would find them.

    I don't doubt that this is a great job opportunity but in my opinion the skill sets branch out into different job roles.
    • A creative, graphic designer with knowledge of apparel print & production.
    • A fully capable webdesigner with knowledge of XHTML, CSS, Flash etc.
    • A project manager with understanding of programme/portfolio management.

    Not to mention throwing some knowledge of photography and advertising into the mix!

    I would imagine it's quite rare than one individual has had professional experience in each of these areas. And if they do, then they should know what their experience is worth in fiscal terms. Which I guess is where the negotiable salery and relocation offer comes in.

    Personally, the only thing on that list I don't have experience in is Flash/Actionscript.
