The past couple of episodes have really given character to the charity and make it feel more real somehow. I dunno if that's weird. I guess before now everything I had seen about it was photos and text.

These videos help clarify how penny-arcade has grown to be so much more than a webcomic by two dudes. A charity that raises over a million dollars each year? A convention which draws the leaders of the gaming industry and, what, sixty thousand people--not press, but normal people who want to know more about the state of videogames-- to Seattle?
I was at the Alternative Press Expo in S.F. a few months back, and went to a panel about making money doing webcomics. Their big "IT'S REALLY POSSIBLE" thing was that Chris Onstad had made a million dollars off of Achewood.
Penny-Arcade wasn't mentioned at all. The entity has exceeded the classification of "webcomic." The comic is there, sure, but it is a minor part of something much bigger.

This two part episode was incredible. My older brother spent a good chunk of his childhood in a hospital, and I can tell you that the thing he remembers most, more than the surgery and all the other miserable parts, was being able to play Super Mario World every day. This was long before Child's Play was around, but having that escape helped him out in an huge way.

Well you see, Mike was threatening him by showing what he would do to Khoo if he was a twizzler.

Khoo was distracted by the fact that Mike was eerily staring at him while eating a licorice.

that scene was honestly one of my favorite things of this whole series

Great episode.
Love how this series has really put into perspective the reality of PA and stuff like Child's Play and PAX.
The ending was just perfect as well.
(I have not seen it yet)
only cause I told you
when jerry gets distracted by his son right before his interview
his face just lights up
what a wonderful moment to capture like that. A really good little insight to him and how much he really loves his kid.
who is in that picture in your office
I recognize you (wearing Tube's hat?), Tube and Alpha, but I can't make out who is in between you and Alpha.
