Matthew Cuthbert left for the train station to pick up an orphan boy. He came back with enough gaming hardware to turn his farmhouse into the Halo capital of the island:
Play as Madame Sosostris, famous clairvoyante, the wisest woman in all Europe, as you discover just what could breed lilacs out of the dead land.
Oh god
And this segment
Who is the third who walks always beside you?
When I count, there are only you and I together
But when I look ahead up the white road
There is always another one walking beside you
Gliding wrapt in a brown mantle, hooded
I do not know whether a man or a woman
—But who is that on the other side of you?
Could be part of the requisite freak-out level that fucks around with you like Eternal Darkness or the Scarecrow levels in Arkham
Instead of laser harpoons and magma whales, the good doctor is following his creation in a mechanised power suit
Also his creation is a ten-foot-tall kill-cyborg that kills people and continually replaces his body parts
By using... lasers and uh. Tractor beams
the catch of the game is you have to balance out the organic parts of his body with the non organic parts (neck bolts that shoot lightning bolts, chainsaw arms, etc.) or suffer catastrophic systems failure
>Pick Up Dust
You are now carrying a pocketful of dust.
Madame Sosostris, famous clairvoyante,
Had a bad cold, nevertheless
Is known to be the wisest woman in Europe,
With a wicked pack of cards. >Deal cards
Cannot 'deal'
>Shuffle cards
Cannot 'shuffle'
>Give 1 gold to Madame Sosostris
She gives you drowned Phoenician Sailor Card.
There I saw one I knew, and stopped him, crying 'Stetson!
'You who were with me in the ships at Mylae!
'That corpse you planted last year in your garden,
'Has it begun to sprout? Will it bloom this year? >Search Corpse
You find 1 horn, 1 jewel, 1 dead rat.

I'd say Red October, Patriot Games, and Clear And Present Danger were entertaining reads
Past that he really started to drop off
Good movies too
I liked the book The Sum of All Fears too though the movie was pretty bad
The best was probably Red October though
Also I liked Rainbow Six
Though yeah, it was pretty silly
how many people will you fight to be with your one true love before ultimately killing yourself like an idiot
romeo + juliet: a rose by any other name would bleed as red
In the fantastical aeropolis of Neo Verona, the noble house of Capulet had ruled peacefully for generations - until fourteen years ago, when the ancient grudge held by the rival house of Montague led to a mutiny, and the Capulets were deposed and all wiped out in a bloody coup. Now, as Neo Verona suffers under the thrall of its new masters, the fates of two star crossed lovers are about to become tragically entwined... As the citizens of the city suffer, the Capulet clan struggles to strike a blow against their enemies, and the Montagues tighten their grasp on power, an unlikely love blossoms between Romeo and Juliet - but in the face of such adversity, this ill-fated love may be doomed from the outset. Triumph or tragedy; only fate knows what awaits Romeo and Juliet...

I'm down for this if the Artful Dodger is an unlockable character

But I would kill for a good Conan game. That is like, near modern pulp fantasy though.
the catch of the game is you have to balance out the organic parts of his body with the non organic parts (neck bolts that shoot lightning bolts, chainsaw arms, etc.) or suffer catastrophic systems failure
