I'm on my feet walking around for 9 hours a day at work. Marks And Spencers over here have a type of shoe called 'footglove' to support your feet and look nice. You may want to check your if any of your shops sell that type of thing.

501s, some lovely silk shirts, some "summer" shoes and a pair of vans. Just adding options to outfits, really. I haven't bought "nice" clothes for at least six months.

I have a pair of converse, I tend to wear them more in the summer when it's warmer and my feet won't freeze
I like them, although every time I get a pair I'll wear them out in a couple of months, so I don't buy them that often
And I have athletic shoes for running and such, but I wouldn't wear them for anything else
They're primarily white so they get dirty really easily, and tend to get stained up
