Software to monitor my video card's temp and fan use? (Radeon 4870)

Hey guys, can you point me in the direction of some good first or third party software to keep tabs on my video card's heat and fan use? I have a 4870 1 GB, but the catalyst control software doesn't seem to tell me the heat or fan usage. When I'm playing some games, the fan seems to start and stop erratically, sounding like a jet engine for a few seconds, dropping back down for a few, then right back up again.
EDIT: Never mind, someone just showed me how to turn on those functions. Lock it up, please.
