Help finding Anime Movie

Alright, so i need help finding a movie I saw many years ago. I think it was on adult swim, but I'm not totally sure.

I know this is vague but stick with me here. I think the plot was about children in some abandoned city(or maybe a section of a city? or just some sort of play ground?) Where they were playing a game. I think the goal of the game was to simply stay alive for one night, but i could be wrong. Over the course of the night, they are picked off one by one by...something...Monsters maybe...


Also, i'm pretty sure that masks played a huge part.


I know this is a terrible description, but does anyone have any idea's what i'm looking for?

It was too short; there was no reason to give a shit about the characters. The plot was also not much to speak of. Good animation, though.

Holy hell, that's it.

And yea, i mostly liked it because it had beautiful animation and an fascinating setting. All the anime i had watched up until that point was episodic, so i wasn't aware that animation could be so fluid.

Anyway, thanks man. I really appreciate it.

After watching this movie, me and my friends totally wanted to make a huge maze and play hide-and-seek. But yeah, it wasn't really special.
