NAT issues Xbox 360

I am aware this seems to be a common problem and trust me iv googled the Sh#t out of it.

Basicly iv teset me router to factory settings, sorted it out, enabled upnp and iv opend ports using this guide

Yet still i get the same issue: "your NAT setting is moderete set it to open"

Im also using my laptop to connect the xbox but thats never been and issue for it before. The issue has started since we purchased a new router (the same one we had before but never had a problem with)

Im at a loss what to do so if anyone could point me in the right direction i would be more than happy.

    What router are you using? I have a Sagem router. I logged into the router, and it had a section called "DMZ". I assigned a permanent IP address to the xbox using the router, and then I put that IP address into the DMZ. (So, the xbox sits permanently facing the internet with no port or traffic restrictions)
