Last trip was a week each in New Zealand and Australia, just over year ago. Drove around the south island starting in Christchurch, passing through Dunedin, and staying in Queenstown for a few days with a trip out to Milford Sound. Flew from there to Melbourne where we spent the second week, including a tour along the Great Ocean Rd.
No photos on this computer, but I'll have to get some from my wife, who was the trip photographer.
Both countries were amazing, though the climate in New Zealand was more comfortable for a northerner like myself. It hit 40C in Melbourne the second last day we were there, and my wife thought I looked like I was going to faint. I would love to go back to both (or go to AusPax), but between trying to save for a house/pay off student debts, vacation budget is going to be limited, and there are other places I still need to go before I repeat a destination.
Next up is Ireland. Probably not this year, hopefully next.
Errant dogs never looked happy. This one kept her tail between her legs and was scared of everyone all the time. On the picture shes just comfortable. When she started following me though she didnt look scared anymore and was waggling her tail happily, it was heartwarming :I
Yeah, I climbed that fucking mountain and then climbed down and almost died in the amazon because I didn't have any water and no snacks and we were gone for like 6 hours.
I don't really know anything about you except the hamburger thing. I just like making bad jokes, usually at the expense of someone, whether it's myself or others.
