    So it's recommended you get a little further in the single-player story before spending more time in multiplayer, right? You have access to more quests and locations this way? Right now I'm at the end of the tunnels on my way to the desert.

    I think you want to do the quests you can and then when you run out go back to the story mode and earn more.

    EDIT: Fuck. It's telling me I can't enter my own town because it's not "up to date". What the fuck?

    EDIT 2: And I'm getting an error when I try to create a new room.

    Grr. Bought this on release day, but Gamestop still hasn't switched from "Pending" to "Shipped". Looks like I won't be getting it tomorrow.

    Basically as you progress you can build up a plot of land and add houses, residents and job peices so you can eventually have your own bustling little town that you can quest from and visit with your friends in. Additionally you can harvest materials for items there.

    If you are grouping with randoms, is it possible to turn off voice chat? I don't have a headset and I would rather not hear foul mouthed children through my entire home via surround sound. It was nice that UC2 let you mute all.

    System > Sound Settings > Voice Chat OFF

    .... Except the first quest you get. Fucking bullshit.
    Got all the way to the end only to be DP'ed by two trolls.
    Who the fuck thought that was a good idea?

    You're really supposed to be doing these Online if you're doing them roughly at the recommend level. If you're trying to solo them, be at least 5 levels above that.

    You're really supposed to be doing these Online if you're doing them roughly at the recommend level. If you're trying to solo them, be at least 5 levels above that.

    Even if I was that high (I was 12 at the time) the amount of knockdown is still bullshit.

    Finished the Desert Ruins battle.
    Gotta say, the Princess is awful good at staying captured.

    Also, that vizier dude is totally stealth.

    I'm around right now. Just got access to Greede, but I'm still only GR1 with no "S" Rank finishes. Would really appreciate some grouping if anyone's around. I'm level 19. Bow/Elem spec.

    I finally figured out how to make my town and uploaded it properly to GeoNet. For the record, I'm setting up the town as a mix of Lumberjack/Mage. If you need any timber/lumber/insects and automata/plants/giants, come visit. :)

    Got my Lvl 4 Georama set for Lumberjack/Farming at the moment, got six trees all being chopped down but my lumberjacks are being stingy :(

    hey im active on that there geonet if you dudes wanna add me. ive got a good amount of you on my PSN list already i think. i havent messed with the online at all so far, aside from wandering around in a random geonet for a second. i just got to the desert city.

    im torn, i dont know if i want to do a bunch of online quests now or wait til later in the story to mess with it.

    also my guy has a large axe and a bunch of HP/STR. what he does is he hits things right in the face with his axe, you see.

    Just added you, Pook. If you're looking to do some online quests, we could probably really easily knock out the level 8-10 quests in Balastor Plains and Greydall Plains.

    It wont let me use my PSN ID for geonet, is there any way around this? I wont get trophies on my account from playing another username... :(

    My psn id is burtalert so it isn't offensive or anything..... ugh

    Still have room. I see Arkady on, I'm just putzing around in GeoNet checking out friends and friends of friends HomePages. No idea where Pook went.

    EDIT: *shrug* I made the room for us to quest in, if anyone wants to get their GR up. Doing the BootCamp 1 and other Balanstor Plains quests.

    Room name is PA GR Quests. Password is what you'd expect it to be, all lowercase. (PM if you don't know what it is. :P)

    I think I need to add you as a friend on GeoNet vagrant, before you can see the room. Hold up. :)
