So I have an issue. This picture:
I can't figure out a way, using any of my PC or Mac programs, to resize this image to the 64x64 specifications needed for this to become a forum avatar on this forum or, for that matter, many others, without losing the animation which stops after I put it on my computer. I can't find any images like this animated like this that are smaller then 126x139. I want to resize it to focus on the face and wish to use it as my new avatar on this forum.
Any ideas anyone?
