Would have been more convincing if you'd change the title of this post when you changed the thread title...

Still, very interesting. I wonder what the breakdown was on people who played it on the Wii/Gamecube was.

Those are all good choices. I'm not surprised Zelda won, but I am surprised it won by that much. I mean, yeah, it's Zelda and all, but it got like triple the #1 votes of Gears.

I was hoping Okami would make the top ten, but que sera sera.

Thanks a lot for doing this mcc. It's always really interesting not only seeing the surprises, but how people voted for what.

If nothing else, the GC still has a higher userbase than the 360.

You could vote more than once?

I'm pretty sure you couldn't, unless you wanted to be an ass with some kind of dynamic ip/proxy or dial up.

I doubt PA users do that kind of asshatery, though.

Edit: Unless you mean the numbers beside the games, which is actually a tally done with some magic formula.

That's true. DoW really surprised me. I was expecting CoH to be pretty high, but not the second expansion to DoW.

That's awesome that Defcon made it up there, though I wonder who the two people were that voted for it as #1.

Well, the numbers don't add up to any sort of stacking/multiple voting either way.

With 923 ballots not breaking 300 #1 votes on one item, even if someone did vote multiple times it doesn't seem to have had any sort of impact.

    503 total votes for TP

    366 total for GoW

Either a lot more people played TP than GoW (probable considering the gcn), or people just voted for Zelda because it was Zelda.

Like me, I'm sure a lot of people haven't even played GoW yet, however good it may be.

Right. The numbers were just to posit a reason why, despite a lot of people saying GoW was the goty, Zelda won out.
