Query: I know it is possible on the standard stick to easily replace the buttons that come stock with actual arcade parts. Anyone know how much it would run to get a set of actual arcade buttons? Is the stick replaceable as well?
I bought buttons and a stick for my se from japan back when they were still hard to come by. I think it cost around 50-60$ after everything (~16-18$ for buttons, 24-28$ for the stick, and the rest was shipping). I'd have to go digging for receipts to be sure. I don't think I could go back to it after getting the TE. There is a metal lip on it that is painfully annoying if you rest your palms when you play.

Yeah it's all replaceable. Lizardlick has buttons for like 3 bucks each, with a compatible joystick running 25 bucks. There's another site that was cheaper or more reliable but I can't remember it at the moment.
Judging with the base model? I don't think so. From what i've played the base model of the TE is terrible. The HRAP3 SA is the HRAP3 with all sanwa parts, which is apparently better? Don't have enough experience on it.

Still, rumor list was 3 for 3 in predicting Cody, Guy, and Adon for the Alpha crew, not to mention naming and describing Juri correctly, so we just consider it canon for now until otherwise disproven.
