    In regards to American lit

I thought Twain was pretty good with the whole writing thing and providing what we would call literature. But whatever

well there is the fact that mine was first and you know it was first but just want to be a contradictory silly goose
but other than that, no i cannot prove it because time stamps on the forums do not show seconds

also there is the fact that the first post in this thread is "i choose you" which indicates there was another choice before this thread was posted.
and since mine is the only thread posted with the same subject, mine was first.

this is circumstantial and i am positive it doesn't make a difference since mods just do whatever they want anyway

Invisible Man is pretty big in American Lit though

    ok

I had no problem with reading it

it was just him going and assigning everything that influenced it too

so we ended up reading Eliot's Prufrock, a couple women's lit short stories, and a bunch of african american lit and nothing else

    it was disappointing is all

I just started reading the Percy Jackson books, the first one was really good. I read it cover to cover in a day. I also just picked up this book called Monster. I'll see how that is.

And I want to say, I liked the title of Kusu's thread because it reminded me of Elementary School and the Book It! program that rewarded you with free pizza for reading books. Because of Book It! I now only got into reading, but got some rad Darkwing Duck cups from Pizza Hut when I was a kid.

Adding books to my kindle is fun. If you like Fantasy or Science Fiction and want to suggest stuff feel free to do so.

For some reason, three of the four books in this one series are available for the Kindle. The first, second, and fourth. Why not the third? Still a fun little toy
