Hard to explain, but something like dragon force on saturn where you have warring factions all vying for control, diplomacy, micro management of your nation, etc. Would prefer fantasy rather than historical if the choice exists. Looking for something more similar to these games than something like Civ4, even though it's great.
Not sure if there is something in this genre I missed, I picked up generation of chaos a while back hoping it'd fill the role but it was something of an abomination. Thanks
