Free visio like program?

Anyone know any (preferable open source) visio like program? I need to "draw" some networks.

    Gliffy is pretty sweet, I've used it a few times.

    OpenOffice Draw will also do the trick, although I find it kind of crappy. It's free and gets the job done, but it's missing a lot of symbols.
